A man has appeared in court in Turkey charged in connection with his marriage to a 13-year-old British girl. Former waiter Musa Komeagac accused of statutory rape married Sarah Cook from Essex following a holiday romance. Sarah went to live in Turkey but returned to Britain where she was placed under court protection. She gave birth to a boy on Tuesday. Her husband has been refused a visa to visit Britain. The case was adjourned.

A security consultant who masterminded a cash dispenser swindle has been jailed for five-and-a-half years. Andrew Stone 32 plundered £130 000 from building society accounts across Britain Southwark Crown Court heard. He carried out his fraud with the unwitting help of Which? magazine as part of a monitoring exercise. Stone's "able & willing lieutenant" Russell Poynter 47 was jailed for a total of four-and-a-half years.
TO END CHILD LABOUR International sports goods firm Reebok has invited arch rival Nike to team up to try to stamp out child labour at their factories around the world. Reebok chairman Paul Fireman said he had written to his Nike counterpart to suggest that a common approach to the problem could have "awesome results". Both firms came under fire for using child labour in developing countries including Indonesia India & Pakistan Pakistani sub-contractors were using children to stitch footballs.

The arrests followed a complaint by a member of his domestic staff who survived the shooting & is in custody A judge is currently investigating whether the deaths were part of a conspiracy against Mr Bhutto.
