residents' plans to protest against a weekend march in Londonderry: Security barriers erected when the Apprentice Boys initially intended to march last August have since gone. The Apprentice Boys want to exercise their right to march at a time of their own choosing - as they said in August. The Bogsiders' opposition puts the focus back on the police who must decide whether to permit the new march after considering public order issues.
